Responsibilities:

• Involved in overseeing the township development measuring of Sg. Buloh, Rawang, KLIA, Puchong and Johor. Overall Team strength comprised of Planning team, Development, Implementation, Safety, QAQC, Contract, M&E, Security and Admin.
• Ensuring the Business Unit’s goals, sales target, progress billing, work done are met.
• Liaison and JV partner EPF and Board presentation
• In charged of feasibility study, land sales and Business development with potentials prospect.
• Overseeing the on-going projects of residentials, commercial for the group.
• Involved on the settlers’ requirements and building settler homes.
• Involved in master planning and new plots.
• Work with respective inter and external departments in ensuring business objectives are met.
• Overseeing the planning of infrastructure and landscape.
• Dealing with neighboring developers to ensure common matters and issues are resolved.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/M&E/Construction.
• At least 10-15 year(s) of working experience in the Property Development and Construction related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with vision, commitment, engagement and results.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a number of key tasks at any one time within defined deadlines.
• Highly developed problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker and planner with the ability to deliver results.
