Group Financial Controller

Job Description

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the Group’s overall financial management – including strategic planning, group reporting, corporate finance, and project funding. You will head a lean finance team while contributing to key business growth and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
Manage development project financing, banking relationships, and investor relations
Oversee project accounting, cost control, and cash flow
Ensure tax efficiency, compliance and corporate reporting accuracy
Support investment activities, fundraising, M&A, and IPO readiness
Develop, lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements:

15–20 years of finance experience, ideally in property development and construction
Strong background in ERP systems and/or auditing
Professional certifications such as ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, CIA, MBA in Finance and MIA membership preferred
Proven leadership with excellent strategic and analytical skills
Business-minded, proactive, and eager to grow with a progressive company
