Job Summary
- The Senior Manager/ Assistant General Manager Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support project launches and brand growth. This includes managing budgets, leading a marketing team, overseeing advertising and promotional activities, organizing events, and tracking campaign performance. The role requires strong leadership, market insight, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective marketing delivery and ROI as well as a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and marketing targets by the Company.
- Manage marketing budget to ensure all activities are within the set budget.
- Responsible to lead, guide, motivate and support the marketing team towards achieving departments target.
- Constantly update Head of department on the requirements of the property market.
- Ensure the marketing team execute market research and analysis of property market.
- Develop and execute marketing plans
- Track marketing timelines and deliverables
- Ensure all collaterals are accurate, brand-aligned, and ready for campaign use.
- Work closely with Sales and Sales Admin departments for feedback on campaign-to-lead quality.
- Liaise with vendors, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure event readiness.
- Manage budgets for assigned campaigns and report ROI where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related fields
- More than 5-8 years of experience in property marketing or related industry.
- A self-starter with strong business acumen, focused on ROI, KPIs, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Able to rally teams, pitch bold ideas, and push execution with urgency.
- Capable of pivoting quickly with market trends while keeping a laser focus on customer experience and outcomes.
- Able to travel when required.
