Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:
Accountable for the overall achievement of the marketing & sales strategies through attaining sales targets, building up customer rapport through community & customer service excellence

  • Build and maintain a good rapport and healthy relationship with the Stakeholders. i.e. Regional players and dealers.
  • Realizing all the needs of the stakeholders and being able to provide them with appropriate and precise solutions.
  • Creating short- and long-term strategies and programs to drive client acquisition, customer retention and penetration in support of the company business goals.
  • Create a motivating and encouraging environment for other team members.

Sales & Marketing

  • Plan and strategize the sales and marketing for property to achieve the Sales target for the Company.
  • Build and strengthen good rapport with Stakeholders, network of major property players and investors.
  • Developing, managing and nurturing new business partnerships, potential market expansion to accomplish volume and profit goals.
  • Crafting and presenting business plans, divisional financial plans, annual budgets and other business documents to Top Management.
  • Formulate and strategize Unique Selling Proposition for all Company’s product

Customer & Brand Operations

  • Enriches customer experience with the effective deployment of CRM application and initiatives and frequent engagement with the sales and marketing team by reinforcing a clear line-of-sight between individual targets and organizational KPIs and objectives
  • Strategize Customer Relations Strategies to enhance customer loyalty
  • Deploy and implemented the branding strategy for the organization
  • Others
  • Responsible for the management of manpower including recruitment, development and discipline to ensure high levels of commitment and focus on delivering results.
  • Ensure a cohesive working synergy, remains on track and in the right frame of mind among the Project Team for the company to grow and move forward as one entity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications studies, business administration or a similar discipline is required
