Responsibilities:
Country Manager (Jakarta Raya -Indonesia)
- Set sales objective, drive and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets in coordination with the head office and marketing team.
- Develop mid-term business plan, annual sales budget and in-market specific action plans
- Report on market trend, competitor activity and ensure effectively teamwork by providing market feedback from the field
- Manage order procurement with distributors needed to achieve sales objectives and coordinate with supply chain and shipping department to manage stocks forecast and shipment sales.
Requirements:
- Possess tertiary qualification
- Good work discipline and self motivated
- Minimum 5 years’ experience sales operations and marketing in food and beverage products
- Must have 3 years’ regional experience working in Indonesia
- Possess good analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and propose business plan to deliver growth
- Ability to build long-term relationship effectively with distributors and trade customers.
Background of this position:
- Currently have 35 staffs includes sales & marketing team
- Preferably someone have exposure working in Jakarta or Indonesia market before to ensure knowing their legal act there.
