Head Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and formulate effective marketing activities for local and international market for the company within the approved budget
  • Monitor KPIs and review effectiveness of strategies from time to time
  • Conduct market surveys, provide details to management and keep track of marketing trends and pricing
  • Participate in new product development; e.g. liaise with consultants and architects on the designs of the future products to be launched.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitors study for all projects before official launch and give briefing and presentation on the finding to the management.
  • Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, demographic, economic & other related property news.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and competitor’s analysis prior to sales launch.
  • Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.
  • Planning & implementation of marketing strategy, program and activities prior to official launch.
  • Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign with Advertising Agency.
  • Liaise with panel bankers on the end-financing packages.
  • Liaise with panel lawyers on the preparation of SPA, DMC and other related documentation.
  • In-depth knowledge in dealing with Ministry of Housing and the application of Developer License and Advertising Permit.
  • Spearhead all the corporate branding exercise with PR company.
  • Proposed budget for branding exercise and roll up programme with PR Company for the whole year plan.
  • Spearhead the newsletter development and to distribute to all purchasers.
  • Plan on the marketing budgets and propose to management.
  • Perform any duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • At least 15-20 Year(s) of working experience property development or in the related field is required for this position.
  • Degree or its equivalent in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work
  • to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be essential.
  • Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess a good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills.
  • Committed, dynamic, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, integrity and result oriented
