Responsibilities:
Human Resource Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and attendance.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Identify hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Organize employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Performance & Development
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and career growth.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company handbook.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of employee matters.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize staff engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and welfare initiatives.
- Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Strategic HR Planning
- Work with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support organizational change and development initiatives.
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide periodic HR reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in property development or any commercial industry exposure.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and serve as a strategic business partner.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
