Assistant Manager/ Manager Investor Relations (Property Development)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the investment community.
  • This role involves managing communications with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial information.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective investor relations strategy and plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports, press releases, and other communications.
  • Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and investor feedback.
  • Collaborate with the finance and communications teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Manage the investor relations section of the Encorp Berhad website.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
