Responsibilities:

• Oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership to drive Company’s success.
• Develop and execute business strategies in accordance to strategic direction of Company and its Board of Directors.
• Provide strategic advice to the Management and board for an accurate view of the market and the Company’s prospective earnings.
• Oversee in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling of project planning, project development, budgetary and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to gear towards business profitability through cost-effective operations and deployment of successful marketing strategies.
• Ensure Company is constantly moving forward and towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic direction.
• Maintain and build strong business relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external).

Requirements:

• Degree, Professional Qualification or Master’s Degree in in Valuation, Architecture, Town Planning, Quantity Survey, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Project Management, Property Development, Business Development, Productivity Management) is required for this position. Experience in managing Marketing & Sales in property industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen and pragmatic skills in strategic thinking, execution, analysis, problem solving and communication.
• Sound stakeholder management skills with proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Have an in-depth knowledge of property industry business products and value proposition particularly in land feasibility study and financial modelling.
• Successful candidate must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru.
