How does your company Executive Search process work?
Define objective and specifications
  • Our main process begins with a thorough understanding of client business objectives and specifications, along with an analysis of current and future talent needs and challenges. With our consultant’s analysis, we create a more personalized headhunting strategies that aligns with clients’ objectives and actual scope of works. 
Sourcing and candidate pre-screening
  • In order find the best fit talent for client, our consultants will identify target sources using network of contacts and research and utilize proactive headhunting methods. We also conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to verify candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
Candidate shortlisting and client interview
  • After screening through most of the top candidates through we present their profiles, resumes, and consultants to client, along with our expert insights and recommendations on each candidate. We coordinate and facilitate the interview process, handling all communication and feedback. At the same time, we will be coordinating compensation and on-boarding negotiations and conducting reference check on behalf of clients. 
Placement and follow up
  • Once client have made hiring decision, we are supporting in negotiating the offer with the final best fit candidate. We provide post-hire support and follow-up to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process smoothly.

We operate on a contingency fee structure, specifically tailored for the successful placement of candidates through our headhunter Malaysia services. This means that you only pay us when we find and place the right talent for your position. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees to start executive recruitment in Malaysia with us, and you are not obligated to hire any of the candidates we present to you. Our fee is a percentage of the candidate’s salary, and it can vary depending on the level and complexity of the position. Reach out to us for a conversation.

  • At MARCS, we will never ask job-seekers for any form of remuneration for our service.
  • Our recruiters are committed to helping you find suitable job opportunities, and we will never ask you to transfer any money to us for recruitment or onboarding fees. We advise you to be cautious of recruiters who make such requests as they may be scammers. 
  • Our MARCS service agreement includes a guaranteed term for all our permanent placements. However, there are some exceptions to our replacement and refund policy based on the service agreement.
