General Manager F&B

Job Summary:

  • Lead and drive the expansion strategy of the F&B business by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations, and enhancing brand presence. Responsible for overseeing business development, financial performance, operational excellence, and customer experience to ensure sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Expansion

  • Develop and execute an expansion strategy, including new market entry, franchising, and strategic partnerships to grow the BHC business.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform expansion decisions.

New Outlet Development

  • Oversee the scouting, selection, and setup of new locations, ensuring site feasibility, cost efficiency, and brand alignment.

Brand Positioning & Marketing

  • Strengthen brand presence through targeted marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and customer loyalty programs.

Financial & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and manage budgets, P&L, and financial models to drive revenue growth and profitability across all BHC outlets.

Operational Excellence

  • Implement best practices in kitchen and service operations to maintain high standards in quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Menu & Product Innovation

  • Work closely with culinary teams to introduce innovative menu offerings and improve product differentiation.

Franchise & Partnership Management

  • Establish and manage franchise models, licensing agreements, and strategic alliances to accelerate business expansion. 

Talent Development & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to drive business growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

  • Optimize procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and cost structures to ensure sustainability and profitability.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company quality standards.

Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Enhance customer service initiatives, gather feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall dining experiences.
  • Assist in any other work or responsibilities assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in F&B management, with a proven track record in business expansion.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in franchising, market entry strategies, and operational scaling.
  • Financial literacy with expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for food, customer experience, and innovative dining concepts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
