Responsibilities:

  • Involve in manpower planning and requisition processes planning.
  • Overseeing organization structure
  • Monitor and plan for performance management for talent growth in company.
  • Hands on for internal and external training & development programs.
  • Benchmark and continuous reviewing salary and staffs benefits.
  • Involve in payroll system and process
  • Preparation of Employee Policies and Employee Handbook

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience in managerial position of financial services or others related industry;
  • Well-versed in Thailand Labor Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements;
  • Highly resourceful individual with great sense of integrity.
  • Strong leadership and organization ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interact comfortably with all level of
  • staff.
