Responsibilities:
- Involve in manpower planning and requisition processes planning.
- Overseeing organization structure
- Monitor and plan for performance management for talent growth in company.
- Hands on for internal and external training & development programs.
- Benchmark and continuous reviewing salary and staffs benefits.
- Involve in payroll system and process
- Preparation of Employee Policies and Employee Handbook
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or related discipline
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience in managerial position of financial services or others related industry;
- Well-versed in Thailand Labor Law, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and other statutory requirements;
- Highly resourceful individual with great sense of integrity.
- Strong leadership and organization ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interact comfortably with all level of
- staff.
