Position Overview:

• Reporting directly to the Chief Project Officer, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. From breaking ground to handing over keys, you’ll lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure top-tier delivery—all while keeping budgets in check and stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple property and construction projects from inception to completion
• Set clear project goals, scopes, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor performance against timelines and budgets
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks
• Lead project teams and motivate for peak performance
• Maintain strong communication with management and clients throughout project lifecycle
• Promote continuous improvement and project delivery excellence

Requirements:

• 10–15 years’ experience in project management, ideally in property development or construction
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination abilities
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Certifications such as CIDB, BEM, LAM, ST, NIOSH, DOSH, or PMP are a definite advantage
