Position Overview:
- Reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you as a senior leadership role responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share for the property company. The Deputy General Manager, Sales & Marketing will oversee the sales and marketing team, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns and sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate & execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to meet company goals and expand market presences.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales & marketing team to ensure achievement of sales targets and marketing effectiveness.
- Supervise the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring effective lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop & implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company’s property offerings and brand.
- Champion high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- 8 -15 years of sales & marketing experience, ideally in property development and construction
- Proven leadership skills and experience and achieving sales targets.
- Strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of market trends, budgeting, and performance analysis.
