Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our Sales & Marketing division. This role is crucial in driving our growth, brand development, and market positioning across all business portfolios.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Group’s Sales & Marketing, CRM, Branding, Customer Service and Leasing functions.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and sales strategies to meet and exceed group sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business associates including bankers, lawyers, real estate agents, and etc.
- Drive the development of a sustainable CRM system and enhance brand equity for the Group.
- Plan and implement marketing communications programs to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the marketing mix and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, setting clear goals, assigning responsibilities, and providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Manage departmental budgets, review monthly sales progress, and lead internal team meetings.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and ensure continuous team development and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in property development or a related industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of CRM, branding, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and results orientation.
