Manager/ Senior Manager Human Resource

Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Responsible for Top Management, Heads of Department and Human Resource staff payroll.
  • Responsible for checking monthly payroll
  • Ensures accuracy and timely payroll management

 

Salary Compensation and Benefits

  • Responsible for reviewing existing compensation and benefits program.
  • Responsible for reviewing salary structure and give recommendation for increment, upgrading and promotion
  • Responsible for conducting annual performance review including succession planning with Heads of Department, subordinates and give recommendation

 

Policies and Procedures

  • Developing Human Resource policies, maintaining and updating policy manual as well as employee handbook as needed
  • Reviewing and revising HR policies in compliance with changing or new legislation
  • Responsible for aligning Human Resource strategies and policies to the Company Vision, Mission, Objectives and Strategies.
  • Ensuring that every aspect of human resources incorporate the vision, values and culture of the organization

 

Training and Development

  • Responsible for conducting new employee orientation program and other educational and training programs on changes of benefits, policies, etc
  • Responsible for recommending and organising in-house training
  • Responsible for ensuring subordinate follow-up with trainees in completing evaluation forms and holding sharing session with other colleagues

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the Human Resource and Admin Department
  • Experience in MS Office, payroll software, Labor Law, Industrial Relations and statutory matters
  • Able to perform in face pace working environment.
  • Well organized and work with minimum supervision.
