Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and marketing, project planning, sales package, events/ roadshow, corporate branding collaboration, place making, showroom and gallery activation assist and prepare sales report and ad hoc report.
- Look for new business collaborate (agency, co-branding, roadshow) assist Director to lead and manage sales and marketing team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Motivate, provide feedback, support and coaching to the team to enhance individual development, growth and maintain team morale.
- Assist to supervise, monitor and organize all resources to carry out sales implementation exercise and update to top management to ensure all sales activities are executing successfully.
- Work closely with sales coordinator to monitor team aging of booking conversion and sales quota utilization, promotion rebate etc.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plan on a timely manner.
- Assist to generate, analyse and propose effective sales strategy to move sales in order to meet the annual sales target.
- Work closely with marketing team to contribute some new ideas on upcoming project events, digital marketing and roadshows campaign.
- Participate and provide some feedback and input during new product development and price setting stage to develop a good product and sales package for future phase launch.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years working experiences in Sales & Marketing / Management.
- A target driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue
- Must have proven track record in previous employments
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and sales channels for local or international, will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills will be essential.
- Skill of leadership, decision making and problem solving are required.
