Responsibilities:
- Manage overall Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project activities and site operations.
- Oversee the project team’s setup, monitor the work plan, and schedules.
- Responsible for the effective project implementation of site works for all M&E works.
- Develop and implement project schedules and plans for civil and MEP projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
- Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance project planning and management processes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Masters in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electrochemical) or equivalent.
- At least 10-15 years of working experience in related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technically sound.
