Assistant Manager/ Manager Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Sales and Chief Operating Officer in the overall sales activities of assigned projects.
  • Embark creative selling by establishing clientele network.
  • Monitor sales team and motivate them to achieve sales target.
  • Actively involved in new sales orientation, and sales staff training development programs.
  • Establish sales incentives/payment scheme, and initiate sales materials and ensure that all sales materials are ready on time.
  • Identify and manage sales related events, roadshow or exhibition to generate marketable leads.
  • Compile and analyses sales figures and prepare sales report to the Management.
  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology, and to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results.
  • Sales conversion & loan management.
  • Formulate short and long-term sales strategies and develop sales plans and budgets, and product pricing to ensure annual sales target are met.
  • Execute all approved sales strategies within stipulated period and within the approved budget.
  • Plan, organize, drive and implement sales launches and group promotion activities.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales team members.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • More than 5-7 years’ working exposure in property development or construction industry with at least 2 years at senior management level.
  • Possess a strong leadership skill and able to lead a team of staff.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability.
