Head Human Resource

Job Summary:

  • Directly lead the HR team across all HR functions, building clear ownership, service discipline and strong execution capability.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring responsive HR service delivery and practical support to business leaders.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute a Group-wide People Strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and operational realities across Property Development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership on organization design, workforce planning, restructuring, succession, capability risk, and people-related business decisions.
  • Lead the evolution of HR from a support function into a strategic business enabler with measurable outcomes and clear governance.
  • Translate business direction into practical HR roadmaps, policies, priorities, and execution plans across all entities.

 

Business Partnering

  • Act as the strategic HR advisor to business leaders across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organization effectiveness, change management and people-related decisions.
  • Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

 

Performance Management & Total Rewards

  • Oversee the design and continuous improvement of the Group’s performance management framework, including goal setting, review cycles, calibration, and leadership accountability.
  • Drive fair and commercially sound reward practices, including salary structures, incentive approaches, market benchmarking principles, benefits governance, and internal equity.
  • Partner with management on workforce cost planning, annual increments, bonus recommendations, and organization-wide reward positioning.

 

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to build a credible, responsive, and high performing HR function.
  • Clarify team roles, service expectations, and operating rhythm to ensure strong execution across shared services and business-facing HR support.
  • Foster a culture within HR that is proactive, commercially aware, operationally disciplined, and solutions oriented.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. A Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, transformation best practices, and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage budgets, and successfully drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building rapport and advising strategically.
  • Proficient in performance management, appraisals, and employee development planning.
  • Knowledge of organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Well-versed in HR policies, employment law compliance, and talent optimization.
