Assistant Manager Brands

Responsibilities:

  • Diligently execute communication requirements in a detailed and meticulous manner.
  • Strong administrative strength and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently, both in oral and written manner.
  • Responsible for compiling competitive communication activities – TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and digital space.
  • Monitors market trends and oversees advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for our product and get inspiration for future concept.
  • Work closely with creative agencies, to ensure our company brand values and image are adhered.
  • Evening and weekend work is sometimes necessary to meet deadlines, attend product launches, conferences and exhibitions. On project basis, there would be meetings to attend with creative agencies.
  • Have an understanding of communication will be an added advantage in assisting brand managers with strategic plans for brands within portfolio.
  • Others duties as assigned by superior.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Candidate with 5 year(s) of working experience in similar industry or Administrative Executive preferably with at least 3 years’ experience can also apply.
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese – both verbal and written.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
  • Has own transportation and willing to travel.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
