Manager/ Head Brands

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group-wide branding and marketing communication strategies to elevate brand presence and achieve marketing and sales objectives for assigned campaigns or projects. Ensure brand consistency across all business units and communication platforms.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional media channels. Ensure that all campaigns align with the company’s overall brand vision and long-term strategy.
  • Manage and oversee all branding functions, including strategy formulation, brand collateral creation, database management, website updates, social media strategy, placemaking initiatives, and event management.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s foundation and CSR initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitors’ branding efforts. Use insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and to refine brand positioning.
  • Lead and organise corporate and branding events.
  • Execute different marketing campaigns/plans to promote the products/ brand campaigns of the organization online or through advertisements.
  • Drive public relations initiatives, including producing press releases, managing media relations, and coordinating corporate communications. Assist with corporate collateral, including Annual General Meeting materials, annual reports, and financial releases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of branding campaigns and securing strategic media coverage.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of campaigns and strategies. Provide recommendations for future improvements and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all internal and external communications. Regularly review and update guidelines to stay relevant and reflective of the brand.
  • Work closely with senior management to align branding initiatives with overall corporate objectives and business goals, acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Stay updated on branding trends and innovations, continuously looking for new opportunities to enhance brand value and engage with target audiences.
  • Provide support in crisis communication management, ensuring brand integrity and consistency during times of reputational risk.
  • Support and collaborate with various departments and business divisions to ensure alignment between branding strategies and business objectives, including corporate events and other key initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Hospitality or Business Management.
  • Good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills is a must.
  • Strong in content writing for internal and external communication, public relations and event coordination.
  • Knowledge of online marketing, digital campaigns, analytical skills and know how to translate data into profitable action is necessary.
  • Able to communicate and write in Chinese language is an added advantage.
