Assistant General Manager/ Head M&E

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project activities and site operations.
  • Oversee the project team’s setup, monitor the work plan, and schedules.
  • Responsible for the effective project implementation of site works for all M&E works.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and plans for civil and MEP projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights and recommendations to improve project efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance project planning and management processes.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Masters in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electrochemical) or equivalent.
  • At least 10-15 years of working experience in related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technically sound.
