Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process and fulfill manpower requisition within the time frame
- In charged in coordinating and participate in job fair
- Prepare all HR letters such as Letter of Appointment, confirmation, transfer, contract renewal and etc.
- Maintain proper filing and update for all staff particulars and P&C information
- In charged in onboard process of new joined staff such as bringing new staff to familiarize the Company, induction program, follow up necessary documentations and etc.
- Ensure organization chart is up to date whenever new joined staff onboard
- Prepare and update monthly staff movement
- Carry out exit interview analysis
Responsible for planning and execution of training programs
- Work out yearly training plan and budget for management approval
- Carry out training needs analysis to better gauge training needs among employees
- Liaison on HRD grant application, claim submission, documentation and etc
- Coordinate on training programs related matter such as sourcing of training provider, liaise with HOD on participant nomination, logistic arrangement, F&B arrangement and etc
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and get feedback from participants
- Coordinate with training provider for external trainings such as registration and payment.
- Update and maintain master file of training programs
Requirements:
- Degree related discipline with minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Build effective and long-standing partnerships across the Company at all levels, particularly with senior management, operating business leaders, and line executives.
- Strong analytical skills and able to “deep dive” into the details of the business while staying focused on the big picture and be able to conceptualize both problems and solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
- Possess the highest professional and personal standards, unquestioned integrity and business ethics.
- Must be prepared to define their position on significant issues and drive change when necessary
