- Responsibilities:
- Support land banking initiatives by providing contractual and commercial input during feasibility studies and due diligence.
- Prepare feasibility studies with supporting details on costs and marketing
- Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory frameworks, and statutory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Collaborate with landowners, developers, consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities to facilitate successful deals.
- Maintain accurate contract records and reporting for management.
- Negotiate, draft, and review contracts for land acquisition, joint ventures, and development rights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in property valuation, feasibility studies, or real estate investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, market analysis, and property transactions.
- Experience in handling land acquisition, due diligence, or development appraisal is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
- High integrity, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
