Strategic Leadership & Management
- Lead Advertising & Promotions and Concierge teams to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and professionalism.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve targets.
- Optimize resources and track departmental finances.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and implement Advertising & Promotions initiatives and marketing calendars to drive mall growth.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently for maximum value.
- Generate revenue from promotional spaces, media sites, and advertising.
- Build external partnerships to enhance promotions and publicity.
- Collaborate with tenants and stakeholders to align marketing efforts and boost retention.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Strengthen customer loyalty through personalized communication.
- Conduct research to refine marketing strategies based on trends and demographics.
Performance Metrics, Brand Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Report on Advertising & Promotions plans, budgets, and execution.
- Monitor competitor activities for insights.
- Track KPIs to assess marketing impact and ROI.
- Align marketing efforts with brand strategy and enhance community presence.
- Foster partnerships with local businesses for co-branded promotions.
Digital Marketing & Event Management
- Oversee digital marketing, including social media, content, email, and online ads.
- Organize events and promotions to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.
Crisis Management & Continuous Improvement
- Implement crisis communication strategies to safeguard brand reputation.
- Stay updated on marketing innovations to enhance engagement and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail malls/commercial retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
- Adaptable and results-oriented.
