General Manager Project Central Region

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, evaluate and engagement of the right and competent consultants for the project.
  • Responsible for staff related issues, including manpower planning, bonuses review & recommendation, staff promotion and career planning, etc.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the company with sufficient resources, manpower and support.
  • Recommend and improve operational efficiency of the company, where applicable.
  • Responsible for sales admin ie conversion, end financing & SPA and DMC preparation.
  • Responsible for Klang Valley advertising and promotion activities e.g. offline, online, site engagement activities.
  • Overall responsible for the operation, planning, execution and business development of company
  • Sourcing and identifying potential lands in Klang Valley, conduct FS & analysis, prepare recommendation report for procurement.
  • Responsible to ensure the performance of project team, including fellow consultants in carrying out their duty with due care & diligence, design to the optimum needs and cost effective.
  • Responsible to ensure the performance of the appointed contractors in carry out the construction works accordance to the contract requirement, meeting to the expected quality and timeliness.
  • Co-develop & implement Klang Valley marketing & rules strategies, product positioning & pricing strategies.
  • Responsible for smooth operation and performance of respective Project Planning, Management & Business Development Dept, Sales & Marketing, and Sale Admin Dept.
  • Jointly formulate project strategic plan with top management as to meet company objective.
  • Tracking, monitoring, supervising, provide guidance, coaching & mentoring to the respective departmental managers in discharging their functional duty.
  • Good rapport and net working with local authorities’ departmental heads to speed up plans approval.
  • Collaborate with GCP to structure for correct and effective tendering packaging and strategy.
  • Evaluate market conditions, key trend, consumer behaviors & competitor data & to provide recommendation for effective product marketing plan.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualifications;
  • Minimum 10-15 years working experience in township development preferable with experience in managerial role;
  • Experience in working with consultants for project planning and design matter in compliance to building by law;
  • Experience in the construction of high-rise buildings is an added advantage;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team;
  • Well versed in MS Office applications
