Responsibilities:
- Conduct security surveys and preparing threat analysis, security concept operational plans.
- Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System
- Provide project management services, evaluating tender submissions, recommending tender awards and supervising the implementation of security measures.
- Leading a team of operational and technical staff for security consultancy projects, coordinating with technical staff and assisting them in the preparation of security technical reports.
- Manage customer feedback/ complaints and take corrective/ preventive action.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Security or any related qualification
- Preferably ex-Police/armed forces personnel
- At least 5-10 years related working experience preferably in commercial hospitality properties
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to Security and Safety
- Good contact/network with local police department or other authorities
- Mature personality with strong leadership qualities to lead the team
- Computer literate
