Group Head Security

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct security surveys and preparing threat analysis, security concept operational plans.
Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System
Provide project management services, evaluating tender submissions, recommending tender awards and supervising the implementation of security measures.
Leading a team of operational and technical staff for security consultancy projects, coordinating with technical staff and assisting them in the preparation of security technical reports.
Manage customer feedback/ complaints and take corrective/ preventive action.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Security or any related qualification
Preferably ex-Police/armed forces personnel
At least 5-10 years related working experience preferably in commercial hospitality properties
Knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to Security and Safety
Good contact/network with local police department or other authorities
Mature personality with strong leadership qualities to lead the team
Computer literate
