Head Sales (Industrial)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system.
  • Oversee the overall sales & marketing function and activities of the development projects with the aim of achieving the Group’s sales objectives and provide high levels of quality service to continuously position the Group as a market leader in property development.
  • Conduct relevant research and trend analysis including but not limited to industrial market trend in order to ensure the project’s market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans to meet the Group’s expectations.
  • Ensure annual sales targets are met.
  • Source & recruit Property Agency Consultants.
  • Attend to feedback/comments from purchasers during sales.
  • Ensure that sales data and reports are updated timely.
  • Develop strong product differentiation through market research and benchmarking.
  • Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

 

End-to-End Development Leadership

  • Spearheaded the development of Commercial and Industrial projects, overseeing every aspect from initial concept to market execution

 

Design & Planning

  • Directed the creation of project layouts, detailed designs, and architectural planning to align with market needs and sustainability goals.

 

Branding & Identity

  • Conceptualized and developed the project’s branding, including logo design, naming, product identity, and market positioning to ensure a distinctive presence.

 

Sales Strategy & Packaging

  • Formulated innovative sales packaging and market evaluation strategies to optimize launch performance and generate investor interest.

 

Market Execution

  • Preparation on launching and drive sales of the industrial park, achieving significant milestones in each phase.

 

Strategic Advisor to senior management

  • Provided high-level counsel on company direction, project planning, and operational strategies to align with business objectives and emerging trends.

 

Government Collaboration

  • Established strong partnerships with agencies such as Invest Selangor, MIDA, and MITI, facilitating investment, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder support.

 

Sustainability Integration

  • Embedded ESG principles into project planning, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and aligning with global best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in Property Management, Marketing, Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of working experience in management in sales and marketing of industrial properties, preferably with property developer.
  • Good knowledge on rules and guidelines on property industry.
  • Good in inter-personal skills, negotiating skills, presentation and business writing skills.
  • Possess leadership qualities.
  • Able to work under pressure.
