Manager/ Senior Manager Marketing (F&B)

Job Summary:

  • The Marketing & Brand Strategist in the F&B industry is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, enhance guest experience, and drive business growth in a highly competitive market. This role leverages guest insights, food and lifestyle trends, and market analysis to design impactful campaigns, boost brand awareness, and increase guest loyalty.
  • The strategist ensures consistent brand identity across outlets, digital platforms, and promotional activities, while collaborating with operations and cross- functional teams to deliver initiatives that align with business objectives and elevate the brand’s market presence.

 

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Lead development and execution of long-term brand vision and positioning strategies.
  • Define unique value propositions and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct brand audits and competitor benchmarking to ensure market differentiation.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on brand growth opportunities.

 

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Oversee planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Develop annual marketing calendars and promotional roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Manage collaborations with creative, media, and PR agencies for impactful campaigns.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

 

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Lead research on guest behaviour, dining trends, and emerging F&B opportunities.
  • Analyse competitor activities and market data to guide brand strategies.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

 

Guest Engagement & Loyalty

  • Design strategies to enhance guest experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Develop loyalty programs, partnerships, and community-driven initiatives.
  • Drive brand storytelling through social media, PR, and creative content.
  • Monitor brand reputation and guest feedback for proactive action.

 

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team with guidance, training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and business development on campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to deliver effective marketing outputs.
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring alignment with corporate values and objectives.

 

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for all brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee preparation of monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
  • Track marketing spends and optimizes budget allocation for maximum results.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

 

Innovation & Digital Transformation

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
  • Explore new technologies, trends, and platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement data-driven tools to improve guest engagement and personalization.
  • Lead innovation projects that create unique F&B experiences and strengthen competitiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, partnerships, and digital
  • marketing.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing successful campaigns and promotions.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid ads and working with agencies.
  • Strong network and experience with local collaborations is an advantage.
  • Bonus: Skilled in creating and editing short-form content for social media.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
