Job Summary:
- Lead our project launches and drive impactful marketing strategies for property developments in the Central Region. This position reports directly to the AGM, Marketing and is expected to play a leadership role in sales launches, executing marketing strategies, brand development and team performances to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Launches, Project Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of sales launches and marketing strategies for new and existing projects.
- Ensure effective rollout of soft and official launches, proper brand positioning and marketing initiatives that drive sales (on ground, online and offline).
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and marketing strategies / campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of project marketers to deliver excellence.
- Build a collaborative, results-driven and agile marketing team that supports business objectives.
Branding & Communications
- Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals and other brand assets in collaboration with the internal team and external agencies.
- Ensure strong brand presence and brand consistency across all online and offline channels.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct and provide market analysis and insights to support product positioning, pricing and marketing strategies.
- Benchmark competitors and identify marketing opportunities.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Project, Finance, and Customer Care teams to align marketing efforts with achieving business goals.
- Manage relationships with government agencies, bankers, media, suppliers and other consultants to ensure smooth and seamless execution of required tasks
Events & Engagement
- Plan and oversee impactful launch events, property showcases, and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure professional execution and strong brand experience.
Reporting and compliances
- Ensure all management reports are accurately updated and submitted on time
- Ensure timely submission to Ministry of Housing (MOH) on all required documents / reports including application or renewal of Developers Licenses, Advertising Permits, Form 7F, 7E and any other documents required by the authorities from time to time.
- Ensure all launches, advertising and promotional initiatives and campaigns are conducted in full compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
- 10-15years of marketing experiences in the property development industry.
- Strong expertise in managing project development launches (pre and post launches), branding, build and maintain strong project and corporate branding and marketing budgeting and ROI.
- Possess deep understanding of Malaysia’s property market trends and buyer behaviour.
- Proven leadership and experience in managing teams and multiple project developments
- Regulatory knowledge and awareness of Malaysia’s housing regulations, guidelines, and requirement from KPKT and other advertising compliances (e.g., BNM, REHDA, KPKT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
