Job Summary:

• Manage all cost and contractual matters for high-spec, mission-critical projects involving complex civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for data centre packages
• Administer contracts (PAM, FIDIC, or bespoke forms) including variations, claims, and EOT
• Manage progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts
• Prepare monthly cost reports with early warning of overruns
• Resolve contractual issues and finalize accounts with clients and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Survey.
• With 2 – 3 years’ working experience in building construction as main contractor would be added advantage especially familiar with data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Possess good communication and writing.
• Well verse in Contract types, PAM, FIDIC, JKR, IEM & etc
• Strong command of English & computer literate.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel and relocate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team

• Well versed in MS Office applications
