Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

  • The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a visionary leader responsible for architecting and spearheading the organization’s digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and data-driven strategies to optimize operational efficiency, enhance business agility, and create a competitive edge. This role demands a strategic thinker who can integrate technological advancements with business objectives, ensuring seamless synergy between people, processes, structures, and technology to drive sustainable growth and innovation.

 Responsibilities:

Enterprise-Wide Digital & AI Strategy

  • Formulate and execute a transformative IT and AI strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, fostering a digitally enabled ecosystem that drives innovation, agility, and operational excellence.

 Technology Roadmap & Digital Transformation

  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise digital transformation, prioritizing AI-driven automation, cloud migration, and advanced analytics to unlock business value.

 Adoption of Emerging & Disruptive Technologies

  • Identify, assess, and integrate next-generation technologies—including AI, machine learning (ML), blockchain, cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics—to fortify digital capabilities.

 Enterprise Architecture & IT Infrastructure

  • Design and implement a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure that seamlessly integrates legacy systems with modern, AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency and agility.

 AI-Driven Business Intelligence & Decision-Making

  • Leverage AI, predictive analytics, and real-time data insights to enhance strategic decision-making, optimize business processes, and foster data-driven innovation.

 Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance

  • Establish and enforce a resilient cybersecurity framework, ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations while proactively mitigating digital threats and vulnerabilities.

 Digital Workforce Enablement & Upskilling

  • Cultivate a digital-first culture by championing talent development initiatives, fostering expertise in AI, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and design thinking to drive the Company’s digital agenda.

IT Cost Optimization & ROI Maximization

  • Implement a strategic cost management framework, optimizing IT investments and ensuring measurable returns through enhanced productivity, innovation, and business impact.

Technology & AI Innovation Ecosystem

  • Spearhead the exploration and deployment of emerging AI-driven innovations, fostering partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders to maintain a competitive advantage.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless technology adoption through robust stakeholder engagement, change management, and digital transformation advocacy.

Governance & IT Service Management Excellence

  • Drive IT governance and service delivery excellence through the implementation of ITIL best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs and continuous service improvement.

Security, Data Governance & Privacy Compliance

  • Champion enterprise-wide data governance policies, ensuring ethical AI deployment, data integrity, and compliance with global regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and PDPA.
  • Undertake additional strategic initiatives and responsibilities as designated by executive leadership, contributing to the broader organizational vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in IT leadership, including digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise-wide technology strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to leverage AI and IT for strategic decision-making and business improvement.
  • Experience integrating AI-driven analytics and automation for process optimization and innovation.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and experience leading complex digital projects.
  • Expertise in systems design, software development, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
